BEHIND THE SCENES

My name is Ella Roche, I’m a Global Account Director at the technology company Cape.io with 10+ years of experience working in the advertising and technology sectors in the UK and US. I’m also an ICF accredited Professional and Mindset Coach. I've been on the board of several women in tech organisations including DevelopHer and Girls in Tech and have mentored at The Creative Mentor Network.

 

Through my work I have met some incredible people with inspiring stories to tell,  I'll be leaning on this network for Relay events. 


I started Relay because I want to build a community for young people in my local area to learn, build new skills and make meaningful business connections to support their career aspirations and fight youth unemployment. 


When I started my career I went to the events Girls in Tech put on and was blown away by the variety of topics I learnt about and the passionate and inspirational people I met. I want to do something similar, but hyper local.
